Holding Grief and Facing Life When Your Child Dies

Group therapy can be very beneficial for people dealing with similar issues or concerns (examples: grief, divorce, illness, anxiety, depression), and specific skill building such as managing anger. Groups are always led by licensed therapists who teach skills, lead healing processes, and offer guidance to each participant to support one another’s therapeutic journey.
