5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
What to Expect: Learn and practice mindfulness skills to calm your mind in stressful situations, enhance effectiveness at work, improve relationships and increase self-acceptance.
Each class covers three topics:
· Skills to use alone
· Interpersonal mindfulness skills
· Meditation/Centering Exercises
Instructor: Lynn Acquafondata, LMHC, D.Min has been studying and practicing mindfulness and meditation for more than 25 years.
Drop-in: $15 per class
Summer Pass: $40 for any four summer sessions
Eight Session Pass: $80 (Can be used in any month.)
