For over 20 years, Lynn has provided group and individual counseling to adults, children, families, and couples. Often people seek Lynn's services for help in managing relationship issues, to find healthier coping methods, to manage stress/anxiety or to learn new ways to cope with challenges in their life. Lynn has experience working with anxiety and panic disorders, depression/mood disorders and alcohol and substance abuse problems. Her practice also includes treating individuals with dual diagnoses, coping with medical issues/diagnoses, developmental disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Lynn believes her strength lies in the ability to tailor her work to the specific needs of each client and to utilize appropriate evidence-based treatment modalities. She values diversity and has had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of cultures and ethnic groups. Lynn's work also includes advocacy and assisting clients navigating the medical and mental health systems.
