learn with others
We periodically offer seminars and classes as a unique way to learn in a group setting. Topics vary depending on what's being offered, but are always focused on improving mental wellness and building better relationships. Seminars & classes differ from workshops & groups because they are focused more on taking in new information and less on interacting or applying the information on-the-spot with others.
Seminars tend to be short-term learning experiences. They are usually hosted in 1-2 day spans or few a few hours on a single day. A speaker will present information and you will opportunity time to ask questions about the topic.
Classes are a longer term commitment, but generally offer more information than seminars. They are ongoing, anywhere from 3-10 weeks (a few hours at a time), depending on topic.
