If you're not sure if we work with your issue, just ask!
How does it work?
We know when you are looking for someone to help with your relationship issues that you may be in a very broken place emotionally. We also know that sometimes couples just want to improve their relationships. We can help you do either, or both!
Couples therapy involves you and your romantic partner meeting with one of our counselors, usually weekly or bi-weekly to start. The counselor will get to know the two of you a little as individuals and will gather information about your relationship, its history, and how it works and doesn't work for you. The therapist will also help you decide if individual counseling might also be helpful to get your relationship on a better track.
Our therapists are wonderful at taking the side of BOTH of you, so that both of your perspectives can really be heard by the therapist and by each other. We truly believe in healing relationships and are eager to help you get where you want to go.
If you're unsure if you're ready for couples counseling, you can also come in for a free consultation with one of our therapists and find out if it feels right. Take the first step toward feeling happier with your partner.
We can't wait to hear from you.
